The same way all the middle-school kids in NYC get theirs. (When I hear headlines about an eleven-year-old in Brooklyn shooting into a group as he rides past them on an E-bike, and kills someone who's 13) I guess it's no harder for a kid to say to somebody "do you know where I can buy a gun?" than it is for an adult to ask the same thing. (And people who sell them won't balk at a customer who hasn't reached puberty yet.)
I'm just afraid someone in the newest gub'ment is going to decide to go around personally handing out weapons to anybody they see, because the Second Amendment is what Made America Great.
