An update from my last post about 'Linux problems':
A fresh install of Linux Mint on my old machine went flawlessly. There's still some setup left to do but everything went great.
Also, CPU upgrades for two trash-picked machines arrived. With SSDs and Windows 10 installed, they should make decent low end gaming systems. I'll try to flip them and make a little a money for my efforts. Probably not much but if break even I'll be happy.
I'm grateful for the coming weekend - I just feel so tired lately and really want a rest day. I probably won't get it as Saturday is the day I do housework but maybe I can get a few extra hours of sleep.
