Trump Bucks? HAAhahahahahahah
NBC news apparently blew the lid off this one: websites hawking 'Trump Bucks' - phony certificates, coins, fancy looking credit card like things - all to help Trump become king.. I mean president again. For True Patriots! Some of them even claim that these items could be reclaimed as cash! More cash! 99 Dollars of Trump Bucks can be redeemed at major stores and banks (Bank of America) for 10,000 dollars (at a later time).
Can you say scam? I knew you could.
And there's a sucker with a MAGA hat born every minute because people have dropped thousands of dollars into this trash thinking that - in time - Trump will make them rich! Like he actually gives a darn about those he... or others... fleece in his name.
Now back in the last century (that would be the 20th century to you young whipper snappers) there was joke money being peddled at coin shows: oversized bills with a cartoon of Richard Nixon emblazoned with the phrase "One Inflated Dollar". It was a joke item followed soon after by another saying "Two Inflated Dollars" as two dollars bills made a brief reappearance in popularity.
I've got one of both! Yes, I'm that old now get off my lawn. We all knew it was just for fun and they didn't cost more than a few dollars each. I wonder what they're worth now as historical items?
