My younger brother had surgery

My younger brother had surgery yesterday to remove a cancerous growth on his prostate.

They think they got it all and it hasn't spread.

He's in good spirits but wants OUT of the hospital. They may release him today.

I'm hoping my next update is to say that my brother *had* cancer but it's gone now.

Cancer got my mom, my dad and my aunt on my mother's side. It's worrisome thinking there might be a big fat target on my family's back.
