A morning nature encouter

Still sick, coughing up gunk, but decided on a short walk this morning. While walking by a second of metal fencing that come right up to the sidewalk I suddenly came across a small skunk. I just stopped in my tracks as it was 3 feet away from me. It noticed me and slowly trotted away. Smelling skunks in our area is common - actually seeing them is rarer.

No harm no foul and no stinky.
