I love my weghted blanket but...

... my weighted blanket is made of plastics and gets hot in the summer.

It helps me sleep. But last year I think it was a contributing factor in getting heat exhaustion. I was okay after intake of water, a cool shower and resting for a day.

So with the heat wave on the way the weighted blanket gets thrown in the closet for the duration.
